The Support Manager provides you with a Web Form that can be inserted into your Web Site to provide an online Web Query form for your clients.
When a client completes the web query via this web form, the query automatically goes into your Support Queue within Volt CRM. These web queries can then be moved to a user's task list so that all your tasks are centralised.
