The Volt CRM Workflow Manager allows you to build your internal business systems directly into your CRM system.
The Workflow Manager allows you to;
- build a workflow that consists of a series of tasks
- each task can be activated based on the outcome of previous tasks
- the task can be linked to templates in the Mail Merge Manager
- the task can be linked to email templates in the Email manager
